This review course is designed to assist in preparing individuals for the new ARDMS Sonography Principles and Instrumentation (SPI) exam and the physics portion of the CCI Registered Cardiac Sonogrpaher (RCS) and CCI Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) exams. Concepts covered include ultrasound math principles, waves, attenuation, pulsed wave operation, transducers, system operation, Doppler, artifacts, bioeffects, contrast and harmonics, quality assurance, and hemodynamics.
